HUNTINGDON (December 29-30) – The following cases were heard in the Carroll County General Sessions Court on December 29 and 30.

The following cases were related to the Grand Jury of the Carroll County Circuit Court.

Derrick Deon Gray, II, Oxford Street, Martin, Charged with Escape Arrest, Simple Possession or Trade, Reckless Endangering of Vehicle / Crime, Reckless Driving, Resisting Stop, Arrest or Search, Excess speed.

Marcus Holder, 5th Avenue, Huntingdon, Linked above, Schedule II Drugs – Manufacture, Delivery, Sale or Possession, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Landon Blake Hollowell, Gate 3 Road, Henry, bound on charges of Schedule I drugs – making, delivering, selling or possessing, possessing illegal drug paraphernalia.

Demarrus E. Pritchett, Buena Vista Road, Buena Vista, Tennessee, bound, aggravated assault.

Zyrone Reed, Jackson Avenue, Memphis, bound for theft of property.

The following cases resulted in a guilty plea or conviction.

Tequila Bonds, Elaine Street, Atwood, guilty, violation of protection order, 10 days in jail, 11/19 unsupervised probation, no contact with victim.

Adrian Ramon Florence, Hunter Ridge Cove, Huntingdon, guilty, resisting arrest, stop or search, six months supervised probation, driving ban for one year, alcohol and drug abuse counseling ; fired, DUI-first offense, leave the scene of an accident.

Kelly De Graauw, Chickasaw Road, Paris, guilty, failure to appear, no sentence indicated; fired, criminal intrusion.

Jimmie King Williams, Clark Street, Huntingdon, guilty, failure to appear, 10 days in prison.

The following cases were dismissed.

Kristie Cerk, Forrest Avenue, McKenzie, Licensee, Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Delivery, Sale or Possession; possession of drug paraphernalia.

Terry Denise Dodd, Jamison Court, Huntingdon, fired, criminal intrusion, public intoxication, pre-trial diversion, resisting arrest, arrest, search, six months supervised probation.

Lucielious Ray King, III, Ephesus Church Road, Hollow Rock, fired, obstruct freeway or other crossings.

Kyle W. Martin, Colvett Road, Huntingdon, fired, driving while on suspension; flight.

Brandon Hilliard, Old Stage Road, Huntingdon, terminated, possession of drug paraphernalia, failure to appear; pre-trial diversion, simple possession, illegal possession of drug paraphernalia, $ 150 fine, unsupervised probation for 11/29.

Maurice Lawrence, Coleman Road, Memphis, fired, criminal intrusion.

Rick Wilson, Cherrywood Avenue, McKenzie, terminated, failure to appear.

The following cases were decided by pre-trial diversion.

Veronica Joy Beckett, Holmes Mill Road, Huntingdon, Pre-Trial Diversion, Shoplifting.

Morgan Kirland, HIllcourt Circle, Huntingdon, pre-trial diversion, shoplifting, no contact with Walmart.

Isaiah Jacob Manhart, Cotton Creek, Bruceton, vandalism, no contact with a convenience store.
