The following cases were heard in the Carroll County General Sessions Court on September 15 and 16. The cases related to the Carroll County Circuit Court were as follows:

Robert Gearin, E. Main Street, Sharon, bound for possession of Schedule I drugs with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver, possession of Meth with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver, possession of drugs Schedule VI with intent to manufacture, sell or deliver, felony possession of a firearm with intent to be armed, possession of illegal drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended license, expired registration and violation of the law on financial responsibility.

Ricky J. Lott, Jr., Magnolia Avenue, McKenzie, at destination for aggravated assault, forcible confinement, interfering with emergency calls, violation of protection order, assault, theft up to $ 1,000 , driving with a suspended license, violation of financial liability law, mere possession / occasional trading and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia; dismissed: count of violation of a protection order.

The following cases resulted in guilty verdicts or guilty pleas:

Ashley Cannon, 3rd Avenue, Huntingdon, guilty of public intoxication, $ 50 fine.

Jamie L. Garrison, Hwy 104, Cedar Grove, guilty of two charges of theft up to $ 1,000, full restitution to victims, supervised probation for 11/19 and 20 days in jail; dismissed: charges of possession of Schedule IV drugs and failure to appear.

Latoyia Gordon, Bridgeman Street, Huntingdon, guilty of possession of illegal drug paraphernalia; dismissed; charges of occasional-adult / minor / annex II and simple possession / occasional exchange.

Brian Thomas Jackson, Coon Creek Road, Dickson, guilty of theft up to $ 1,000, fees and taxes, company return, no company contact and supervised probation on 10/14; dismissed; counterfeit charge up to $ 1,000.

Kathie Baker Mann, Green Valley Road, Huntingdon, guilty of failure to appear, costs and taxes; dismissed the charges of non-appearance, contempt of court and public intoxication.

Terry Rice Jr., Kenosha Road, Memphis, guilty of driving with suspended license, fined $ 250, costs and taxes; dismissed; charge of violation of the law on light.

Kelsey Schenk, High Street, Huntingdon, guilty of simple possession / occasional swapping and failure to appear, fined $ 750, fees and taxes, unsupervised probation for September 29, and serving 60 days in jail along with the Gibson County sentence; dismissed; charges of failure to appear and possession of illegal drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Taylor, Harris Street, Camden, guilty of failing to appear, fined $ 50 and serving two days; dismissed; charge of driving with a suspended license.

Kristopher Durance Willis, Peggy Lane, Hollow Rock, guilty of domestic assault, fees and taxes, no contact with victim, 120 days to serve in jail or rehab – will get credit for time spent in the center warriors.

Richard Wyrick, Bridgeman Street, Huntingdon, guilty of possession of illegal drug paraphernalia, fined $ 250, fees and taxes, and supervised probation.

The following cases were diverted before trial:

Andres Echeverri, SW 20th Street, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, pre-trial diversion for simple possession / casual trade and possession of illicit drug paraphernalia. Cost and taxes, attend driving school in Florida.

Brian Hayden Hicks, Thompson School Road, Camden, pre-trial impaired driving diversion, $ 250 fine and D&A assessment; dismissed; charge of seat belt violation.

Timothy Scott Horn, Hwy 424, Cedar Grove, Pre-trial diversion for sale of alcohol by retailer to minors, cost and taxes, no other CBA violations and 20 hours of community service.

Guy Steven Roberts, Gift Lane, Huntingdon, pre-trial extortion and harassment diversion, fees and taxes, supervised probation for 11/29 x2, A&D assessment and recommending counseling, no victim contact.

Christopher Thomas, Oak Manor Road, McKenzie, pre-trial diversion for reckless endangerment – lethal weapon involved – attempt, cost and taxes, no contact with victim, surrender of firearm for period of one year.

The following cases were dismissed:

Eric Lynn Davis, Hwy 79, Atwood, dismissed the harassment charge.

Artavious Marquis Ellison, Rochelle Road, Jackson, denied the charge of assault and physical contact.

Lucinda Ann Fendley, Newsome Street, McKenzie, has dismissed the charges of suspended driving, speeding and breaking the Financial Responsibility Act.

Mark Russell, Elm Street, McKenzie, dismissed the charge of property theft – $ 2,500 to $ 10,000.
