Want to lose weight and get back in shape in 2022? Sign up for Beaufort Memorial’s Body Makeover Express, a comprehensive eight-week wellness program designed to give you the motivation and support you need to overcome obstacles and stick to your New Year’s resolution.

The next session begins January 24 at the Beaufort Memorial LifeFit Wellness Center.

“Losing weight isn’t easy, but the payoff to your health can be huge,” Beaufort Memorial Life Fit Wellness trainer David Purser said in a statement. “To help people start the process, we created the Body Makeover Express program to provide the tools they need to lose and keep them off. “

More than just a weight loss program, Body Makeover Express is designed to help participants create healthy eating and exercise habits throughout their lives that will put them on track to lose weight. and get back in shape. The program includes small-group exercise sessions with a wellness coach three times a week, as well as nutritional counseling with a registered dietitian to create a sustainable nutrition plan that meets their specific needs.

The small group format of the program provides personal attention, responsibility, structure and social support to help participants achieve their goals.

“To establish a baseline and measure results, the program also includes a comprehensive body composition assessment and fitness test.
