Absolutely torn! Pip Edwards enjoyed a Pilates session on Tuesday. While launching her own activewear brand, the 41-year-old flaunted her ripped abs in a cut-out crop top and flared pants from her brand, PE Nation

Her hard abs were on display as she stood in a squat position, as she held two dumbbells above her shoulders.

“Routine rules,” she captioned the new activewear collection.

Hours later, she shared two more photos of her tense body as she sat posing on a Pilates bed, enjoying a long stretch.

Pip is a regular at Fluidform Pilates, a Kirsten King movement method that’s popular in Sydney thanks to its celebrity clientele.

“I spent a lot of time in my early thirties doing weight training and HIIT workouts. I had a serious injury and kept training with it, then I hit a wall and I realized I had to take care of my body,’ Pip said of his Pilates practice.

“A friend then recommended me a very good Pilates instructor who specializes in Pilates rehabilitation.”

“Now I make sure to fit Pilates classes into my schedule three times a week and it has changed my life,” she added.

It comes after Pip shared a photo on Instagram of herself finishing a Pilates class last month and admitted she was “barely hanging on” this year.

‘Barely hooked up. It’s been very difficult to shift into high gear this year and get back to my routine, but every day I try to show up, even if it’s only a little,’ she wrote in the legend.

“It takes a day-to-day attitude to rebuild where I want to be. It’s all a work in progress,” she continued.
