Pregnant Lauren Goodger meditating before work but missed her hypnobirthing

Pregnant Lauren Goodger revealed that she meditates and saves her energy for work.

The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 34, first announced her pregnancy with partner Charles Drury in January.

Lauren has since documented her pregnancy journey on social media as she deals with this major life change.

Now Lauren has posted on her Instagram Stories to take stock of how she is preparing for childbirth.

She wrote on a selfie: “Go meditate every day now and do my homework or I can’t have what’s been planned !!!

“It’s time to start staying no to things.”

However, Lauren revealed that she had missed her hypnobirthing sessions in recent weeks.

She continued, “And I’m being told by @THE MODERN MIDWIFE @LOVEUYOGA need to do my hypnobirthing literally ran out and wasted so many weeks and I need to save my energy now for my birth…”

The reality TV star went on to say she was going to take time

Lauren added: “Def will be taking a longgggg hiatus very soon !! imperative”.

The mom-to-be, who is expecting her baby to arrive in July, revealed earlier this month that she had started hypnotherapy and meditation to relieve her anxiety.

Writing in his column for OKAY! magazine , she revealed, “I started hypnotherapy and meditation this week with my doula, who is someone you have there to accompany you through your childbirth.

“Having a doula is very spiritual and I am open to anything.

“Anything that gets me through this birth, I’ll just try.

“We didn’t really start yoga this week, but it was all about closing your eyes and practicing breathing techniques.”

Lauren also recently revealed that she hopes there will be even more children in her future.

Speaking on Hot Mess Moms Club : “I’m 34 and I have my first one, you know, but depending on life and situations and whatever happens, I would probably like to have 3 children.

“So by the time these here, I’ll just be 35, so I might be 40 when I have my last.

“But yes, it’s a completely different generation … Now we do more things, we want to have the adventure and we want to work, so women have children later.”

Lauren first rose to fame as a member of the original cast of The Only Way Is Essex in 2010, with the show primarily focused on her intermittent romance with Mark Wright.

After her relationship with Mark ended and six series with the structured reality series, Lauren left the series in 2012.

She then returned for a guest appearance and also joined the main cast of the series’ nineteenth series in 2016.

Outside of TOWIE, Lauren has also appeared in Dancing On Ice, Celebrity Big Brother, and Celebs Go Dating.
