Sagar Vishwas – On a mission to create leaders driven by excellence

Sagar Vishwas, international NLP master trainer and leadership coach, believes in the power of language. Whether in the form of our self-talk or the way we communicate with our children, family, colleagues or employees, language is at the heart of personal and professional breakthroughs.

“Take the example of an addicted smoker. Our body’s first response to cigarettes is always coughing. But our mind is a meaning-making machine. It continues to add layers of meaning to the act of smoking – it’s a metaphor for creativity, a break from stress, camaraderie, freshness, and more. These are our internal representations of the physical act of smoking,” Sagar explains.

From the depths of our unconscious to the conscious use of good communication practices in the workplace, how we process language is key to generating the desired results. “I guarantee that if the leaders of organizations simply change the way they give their opinion, the results will surprise everyone. Instead of just criticizing people and their ideas, if they can give precise indications of the points to be improve, employees will get clear actions. It will also reduce workplace toxicity, increase employee motivation, engagement and reduce attrition,” Sagar vouches.

Sagar has used many such ideas based on the principles of NLP and mBraining to bring about positive changes in the lives of individuals and organizations. “Neurolinguistic programming uses perception, behavior and communication techniques to influence thoughts and actions and mBraining works on our multiple brains or neural networks in the head (intelligence), heart (compassion) and gut ( courage) and they can be aligned to bring about transformation of people and the world,” says Sagar.

Using his deep understanding of applied neuroscience and human development theories to help people make better choices and improve their quality of life is Sagar’s life work.

It was this calling that led him to move from a career in manufacturing and later in sales to becoming a full-time NLP practitioner. “I first taught NLP as a methodology, now I use it as a tool to apply in different sectors for varying results. I have used it as a coaching tool to treat anxiety, phobias , addiction, for couples and relationships as well as for business growth and to help develop leaders in organizations. The results have been remarkable,” he says.

Combining his strengths as a sought after NLP trainer and life coach with those of experts from other fields like law, psychology and education, Sagar founded MyGrowthZone (MGZ Edutech Pvt Ltd) to offer leadership expeditions to long-term and structured programs for professional and personal excellence. that go beyond one-time workshops, off-site camps and check-in-the-box trainings.

“We understand that just knowing something doesn’t help. It takes constant motivation and guidance to put the lessons into action and create change. Our programs are therefore designed as journeys, with a combination of peer-to-peer activities, experiential learning, individual coaching, video modules and classroom facilitation. We believe in NanoLessons, MegaLearning. And so far it has been a great success,” Sagar shares.

With its various skill-based programs, like Speak2Succeed, and value-based programs, like Script Your Life, MyGrowthZone caters to people and organizations from all industries.

“Our methodologies are industry-neutral. This has allowed us to work with companies ranging from construction, IT to automotive and social sectors to help them build a culture of innovation and inclusion, resolve conflict, train better leaders and create work environments that are conducive to success,” says Sagar. Among its most rewarding interventions is MyGrowthZone’s work with victims of rape and sexual abuse. “We used the principles of NLP and mBraining to help them let go of the trauma and heal. It was a very satisfying trip,” he adds.

MGZ now wants to create something that will touch the full spectrum of human life. “There are about 8 areas of excellence that determine our quality of life: health, career, finances, relationships, self-care, personal development, our environment and leisure. The purpose of this program is to help people with multidimensional goals so that they do not regret missing out on an important area of their lives when they are pursuing only one dimension.
