Spa Life UK reveals Dr Amanda Foo-Ryland as speaker for June conference

Author, TED Talk host and hypnotherapy expert Dr Amanda Foo-Ryland has been named keynote speaker for the UK spa industry event Spa Life UK 2022.

Focused on dealing with the vagaries of life and how to live our most positive lives, Foo-Ryland’s talk will be informed by 30 years of experience in life coaching and human development.

Her career also included 16 years with Estee Lauder as Clinical Director of Education for Europe, Middle East and Africa.

Foo-Ryland’s keynote will dive into neural coding – also known as neurolinguistic programming – which is described as an empowerment technique used to rewire the brain. Her goal is to take her audience on an emotional journey, explore resilience and help them adopt an empowering mindset.

“Amanda is passionate about living the best life possible, eradicating negative and undesirable behaviors to enable you to perform at your best in life,” said Andrew Hammond, Event Director.

Held on June 20 and 21, the two-day Spa Life UK convention is taking place at the De Vere Cotswold Water Park Hotel and will feature a program that combines education and innovation.

Foo-Ryland is one of the two opening speeches of the SpaLife range.

She will be joined by Brian Dunne – a trusted advisor to international retail brands like Amazon – who will examine the recent proliferation of alternative distribution channels and discuss how we can capitalize on changing consumer attitudes towards wellness.

“Our thought-provoking speeches will entertain and take you on an emotional journey, to ensure a positive learning experience,” adds Hammond.

A series of breakout sessions will also cover topical issues such as sustainability, bio-individuality and personalized nutrition and how to harness stress for peak performance, and much more.

Spa Life continued to work with the UK Spa Association to ensure that the event program provides the knowledge needed to stimulate participants’ learning and enhance their careers.

The conference will also take time to celebrate industry excellence with the presentation of the Good Spa Awards at the event’s gala dinner.
