The inauguration and ribbon cutting of the Mindful Living wellness center will take place on February 22

Mindful Living Wellness Center has a desire to help provide a place of healing for mind and body. To confirm, this is not a spa but a wellness center that heals the mind and body. Not only the traditional therapies that most are used to, but also non-traditional methods.

They offer multiple healing modalities, including:

  • Float tanks
  • Infrared therapy Certified clinical social workers and speech therapists
  • Ice baths and respiratory therapy
  • Chakra healing course
  • Intuitive
  • Hypnotherapy
  • Energy healing
  • Bodywork and structural work
  • Beauticians
  • Indoor meditation gardens
  • Meditation course

They also run free community events throughout the week. They have also partnered with the LGTBQ Chamber of Commerce, SMART Addiction and local mentors to organize various free events. Through all the services offered and free community events, they hope to bring a better understanding of how to meditate and provide space for meditation, classes and therapy focused on stress management, addiction recovery and, ultimately, increasing mindfulness and self-awareness.
