The center offers a range of services: yoga; therapies such as crystal, color, polarity, hypnotherapy, fertility and pelvic floor; script class; and support groups.
“We’re starting an area practitioner networking group for others who treat in this heart-centered therapeutic world,” Arrington said.
Asked which class or event was most popular, Arrington said, “I think it’s the Sound Journey hosted by Michael Burke who is a Certified Sound Healer.
“It’s a night where people come in, lie down on yoga mats. We give you an eye pillow, a blanket and a pillow. He (Burke) sets up a variety of different percussion – bowls and gongs. It’s really transformative. We feature it every month and it sells out very quickly,” she added.
Through the pandemic, Arrington has found a shift in Seekers — a “hunger” — to move to the next or new level.
For those new to the field of meditation or energy, co-owner Futrell said, “Our goal is to help them understand what is going on in their mind, body and environment. They can have an influence on it.
