World’s first willpower training launched in London

What?

Whitworths has created a one-of-a-kind workout in association with his Strokes nibble. Willpower Workout courses launch in London this month, and guests can enjoy a one-hour session led by experts in sleep, nutrition, fitness and hypnotherapy, including fitagrammer Lilly Sabri.

While Shots offers guilt-free and delicious fruit, nut and seed snacks under 100 calories, Whitworths knows it’s not always easy to steer clear of tempting and unhealthy treats. The Willpower training will help participants stay on track to a healthy and happy 2016 by teaching them different steps to maintain the momentum of healthy eating.

During Willpower Workout classes, a range of experts will demonstrate how hypnotherapy, mindfulness, nutrition and even sleep can increase willpower.

Why?

The launch of Willpower Workout comes after research by Whitworths found that the UK public would spend an average of £ 452 per person – if that meant they could lose weight instantly. He also revealed that 85% of us admit that our willpower is going to falter in January, with over a fifth (22%) of us saying we will give up by the end of January.
