Doha, December 15: ‘Ignite Possibilities’, the acclaimed online lecture series led by ICC Advanced Toastmasters Club conducted its concluding and successful 14th segment on ‘Self Leadership’ to help people harness their incredible inner potential and reach new heights of success and of fulfillment.

Participants had the privilege of listening to Manoj Keshav, one of the leading international NLP trainers, psychologist and therapist with over two decades of experience conducting life-transforming experiential workshops.

He is the founder of the NxtNLP Research Institute and the author of the famous book titled “The Life Transforming power of NLP” and has published extensively on NLP. [Neuro Linguistic Programming]. He enjoys researching topics like neuroscience, emotional well-being, mind-body connection, learning psychology, and more.

Alar Mel Mangai, G Division Director, said the trainer started with a profound statement on the importance of self-leadership: “Without self-leadership there is no life”. – Excessive engagement – Too much emotional attachment prevents leaders from being realistic.

He then explained the preponderance of accepting reality. “The factors that cause us not to accept reality are denial, the projection of blame on circumstances or on others, rationalization, and so on.
