What is Sound Healing? Sound healing is an ancient healing technique that uses tonal frequencies to bring the body into a state of balance and vibrational harmony. Since everything has a vibrational frequency, including ourselves, it makes sense that sound frequencies impact how we feel. Sound baths use repetitive notes at different frequencies to help you focus on your thoughts. Generally, these sounds are created with traditional crystal bowls, gemstone bowls, cymbals and gongs. Each instrument creates a different frequency that vibrates through your body and helps guide you into the meditative and restorative state. By using particular combinations of rhythms and frequencies, it is possible to change our normal beta state (alert, concentration, reaction) to an alpha (creative, relaxed) state, or even theta (meditative state) and delta (deep sleep; where restoration and healing can occur).

Additionally, Grounded Moon offers notary services, wedding planning services, consulting services, property management (including affordable housing), and credit repair services. There are two ordained ministers available for any type of marriage. If you are experiencing “off” feelings or vibrations and feel that you might need some type of energetic clearing, we can help you with some tools to clear your space or person.
Grounded Moon is also a retail store. We sell smudge tools, oils, yoni cleansers, chime candles, chakra candles, incense, crystals, oracle cards, books, florida water and many other items. The store is located at 426 Evans Street in Rock Springs, Wyoming, with an additional location inside the Elements Integrative Wellness Center at 120 Winston in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
The Grounded Moon custom does yoni cleanses. Yoni is the Sanskrit word for sacred place or womb. Yoni cleaners are made from organic herbs and are used to vaporize your yoni. Steaming yoni is known to help with trauma, infertility, cramps, irregularities, and many other conditions specific to women and their uteruses. Grounded Moon has room for any unique item anyone might want to sell. Currently we are making tie-dye tapestries created by half-moon dyes. These are either sold direct or we have raffles for them which we run on our Facebook page. We also offer amazing handmade kaleidoscopes created by a local artist. Grounded Moon also invites anyone with a photo of the moon to bring them to the store and hang them on our Lunar Photo Display. As a moon lover, I have at least 12-100 moon pictures on my phone every year. Some are big, some are fuzzy, but they all hold the beauty of our majestic moon. I think everyone who loves the moon has them on their phone and we can share that moon love as a community. You don’t need to buy any services or products to drop your photo and hang it. Simply write your name, approximate date it was taken and where it was taken on the back of the photo.
