Train-weary commuters offered hypnotherapy sessions

Hypnotherapy sessions will be made available to rail travelers to help them get into a positive state of mind.

Avanti West Coast has announced that it offers free courses that use visualization techniques on its West Coast Main Line services.

The sessions, which last between three and 20 minutes, include how to overcome fatigue or feeling overwhelmed, help with napping, and tips for improving productivity and confidence.

Commuters can stream material from the Clementine hypnotherapy app using a smartphone, tablet or laptop connected to the train’s onboard entertainment system.

Bob Powell, Customer Proposition Director at Avanti West Coast, said: “Taking the train is one of the most comfortable ways to get to your destination.

“As we welcome our customers back to the rails, this partnership aims to help them get into the right mindset for the rest of the day, whether it’s taking a well-deserved rest or getting ready. mentally to this great presentation.

“We believe that the onboard travel experience is as important as the arrival at the destination itself.”

Clementine Founder Kim Palmer said, “We are thrilled to partner with Avanti West Coast and provide their clients with access to our groundbreaking hypnotherapy sessions for the first time.

“We believe in the power of hypnotherapy and make mental health tools accessible and achievable.”
