It’s for people who want to dip their toes into meditation and see if it’s for them.

It *isn’t* mindfulness, Vipassana, breathing, chanting, visualization, postures, concentration, or anything else you’ve tried before.

It is the pure experience of being peaceful and present – something you once knew intimately as a little child.

From our educational session, you will leave de-stressed, rejuvenated, clear, hopeful, light and determined.

This mini-class is led with integrity, is relaxed and conversational, *sitting in chairs*, with no hooks to joining an organization, following a guru, or adhering to a philosophy.
