Monash University Founding Year Orientation Program ends on a high note
Monash University Foundation Year Orientation, a program organized by Universal College Bangladesh, an exclusive partner of Monash College, Australia in Bangladesh, recently ended on a high note. The program took place on September 1 and 2, 2021 on the Zoom virtual communication platform and was broadcast live on Monash Pathways on UCB social media platforms.
The “Monash University Foundation Year (MUFY) Orientation” program marked the start of a first batch at Universal College Bangladesh. This is the first time in the history of Bangladesh that an international education provider has started its official batch. The event stream for Day 01 (September 1) consisted of a welcome speech by esteemed officials from UCB, STS Group, followed by a detailed discussion of the Monash program study and Q&A sessions. answers on getting started at UCB, important policies, key contacts, where to look for information, learning resources, etc. On Day 02 (September 02), there was an insightful exchange of information regarding essential academic tools for MUFY, setting up a Monash account and UCB account, using Monash accounts and navigating courses on Moodle. During this time, a very effective workshop on “Academic Integrity and Academic Misconduct” was held, followed by a math quiz for enthusiastic participants to conclude the MUFY orientation.
